We want you to be happy with your candles, so we accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of our product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of “new, unaltered and unused condition” is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed). Exchanges must include your order number along with any original tags or packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
Only regular priced items may be returned for refund or exchange, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item has been personalized, we cannot accept a return or exchange for your order unless we have made an error in personalizing your product.
If Items are damaged in transit, have a manufacturing defect, or are missing from the shipment you must contact us within 5 business days from date of delivery and we will provide you with a refund (shipping fee not refundable) or we will re-make and re-send your order after proof of defect is received via photo or return.
If a refund is given, it will only be given in the same way that the customer originally paid. This includes those that check out as “guests” on PayPal with their debit/credit card. It is your responsibility to create a PayPal account to obtain your refund if you did check out as a “guest”.
Also during the printing process, some designs may be slightly off due to the curve of the jar/ cup, and small bleed outs in the bottom of the print may show up due to the jar/ cup not being perfectly flat, these items are not defective and are not refundable.
